Bethesda Chiropractic & Rehabilitation is excited to grow and add a team member in the Client Experience / Chiropractic Assistant role. We are a growing chiropractic clinic in Bethesda, MD that provides musculoskeletal and rehabilitative care with a focus on women’s health.

We offer a high level experience for both our patients and team members that focuses on empowering you and our patients, making people excited to be here and always making decisions that are best for employees and clients.

Success in this role will be measured by generating client loyalty and buy in, having effective phone calls to convert leads into patients, scheduling their visits and care plans, assisting the doctor with patient care, maintaining an efficient day to day business environment, and being creative and taking initiative to help our company grow. You will work closely with the chiropractor to assist with new patient intake, aid with charting, monitor therapies and assist where needed. The right candidate also has a background in exercise science and/or personal training, and should be able to learn and help patients with basic exercises as part of their visit.

- Knowledge of physiology and anatomy

- Understanding of care plans and patient care practices

As a Chiropractic Assistant in our office, you will...

• Take new patient histories and aid providers in the patient examination process
• Provide, teach, and observe treatment in the clinic and assist with therapeutic exercise

Compensation and Benefits:

· $17-19 per hour based on experience

· Clinical Chiropractic Assistant Certification is paid for by the clinic

· Additional CE opportunities are available if approved by the clinic director
