Positions:

• Full-time, part-time, or PRN Night Shift (8 or 12 hours)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality healthcare services to our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, including injections, as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including performing procedures and treatments
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using electronic health record systems

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient in administering injections and performing tube feeding
- Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) usage and maintenance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
