ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities: 

• Develop solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Provide administrative support of the Salesforce platform
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and integrity
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the Salesforce environment
• Perform regular server maintenance tasks such as applying upgrades and patches
• Recommend best-practice solutions to established business processes
• Assist in design and implementation and support of third-party integrations with Salesforce
• Document and record every aspect of Salesforce changes and implementation
• Training end users on feature upgrades or enhancements
• Plan, track, and schedule software upgrades and enhancements
• Troubleshoot problems within the Salesforce platform and resolve issues
• Develop good working relationships with other employees across the organization

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform
• Experience with Salesforce administration
• Knowledge of software integration and automation
• Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills
• ServiceNow experience is a plus
