Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with reservations and cancellations as needed
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong sales skills, particularly in technical, wireless, electronics, or jewelry sales
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for payment processing
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse guests
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
