As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the hotel during the night shift. Your primary responsibility will be to perform night audit procedures, including reviewing guest accounts, reconciling charges, and preparing reports.
```Duties:```
- Conduct night audit procedures, including reviewing guest accounts for accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile charges and payments, ensuring all transactions are accounted for
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met during their stay
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls efficiently
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in guest services or hotel front desk is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
