Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. This is a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our guests.
Duties:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
- Stock breakfast items such as food, beverages, and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout the shift
- Greet guests warmly and assist with any inquiries or special requests
- Ensure food safety standards are followed during food preparation and service
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Clear tables and clean up spills promptly
- Assist with meal preparation, including cooking or reheating certain items
- Maintain inventory of breakfast items and notify manager when supplies need to be replenished
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Dietary Aide, Breakfast Attendant, or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
