JOB OVERVIEW:
Breakfast Hosts are responsible for the preparation, set up and maintaining the breakfast bar. Breakfast Hosts
are also responsible for keeping the breakfast bar, tables/chairs, kitchen and surrounding area clean and free of
debris all the while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides courteous guest service promptly and efficiently.

Prepares breakfast by stocking the serving areas.

Maintains serving areas during breakfast hours.

Breaks down the serving line.

Conducts inventory of all food and service items.

Communicates to General Manager on inventory par levels.

Adheres to brand standard in regard to breakfast bar operations (how to cook items, how the breakfast-bar needs to be set up, display of such items).

Conducts special weekly cleaning duties.

Monitors guests' satisfaction of the breakfast.

Engages in one on one conversation with guests to learn of their feedback and build relationship.

Attends workshops as required by the brand and Corporate Office.

Effectively communicates to Department Heads on guest feedback.

Performs other duties as required or assigned
