The Best Western Plus ClockTower Inn is looking for a night auditor. We are looking for someone to join our team who loves working with guests and co-workers in a positive and proactive manner and it very reliable..

Our shifts are typically three 10 hour shifts. For this specific position, the hours are:

• 10:00 pm on Fridays to 8:00 am on Saturdays
• 10:00 pm on Saturdays to 8:00 am on Sundays
• 10:00 pm on Sundays to 8:00 am on Mondays

Duties include guest reservations, hosting guest’s arrival and departures as well as managing guest needs including driving guest shuttle to and from pre-determined locations. Computer navigation necessary and great customer service skills required.

Job Duties:

• Checking our guests in and out and posting room charges
• Making reservations
• Ensuring guest satisfaction
• Enrolling new members into our rewards program
• Performing nightly closing duties for the hotel, while working the front desk
• Light cleaning
• Must be very reliable
• Must be able to work between 10 pm and 8 am
• Driving Guest Shuttle to and from pre determined shuttle locations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
