Best Western Plus A Wayfarer's Inn & Suites is Hiring a Front Desk Clerk Near Kingman, AZ
We have an exciting opportunity at our award-winning hotel for two part time front desk clerks. The shifts are 8 hours. This could be mornings and/or swing shifts.
Job responsibilities:
-Provide superior customer service to our guests.
-Must be able to multitask (answering phones, making reservations, handling guest transactions with guest check-in and checkout, etc).
-Handle all special requests for services or information.
-Must be a dependable team player.
Qualifications:
-Two years of customer service. Front desk or office experience is a plus. Attendance and punctuality is a must. Must have excellent references.
Motivated candidates will apply in person and if management is available we'll be able to interview at that time.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.70 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
