Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all departments and maintaining high standards of service as well as working front desk shifts.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability

- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and resolving any guest issues or complaints

- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide excellent customer service

- Monitor and control expenses within budget guidelines

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies and attract new business

- Implement revenue management techniques to optimize room rates and occupancy levels

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the hotel's competitiveness

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry

- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, phone systems, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a diverse team

- Proficient in budgeting and financial management

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Multilingual abilities are a plus

- Familiarity with revenue management techniques is preferred

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required
