```Duties``` - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of all transactions - Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and amenities - Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating issues as necessary - Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception area - Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed - Conduct night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel procedures is a plus - Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, especially fluency in English and another language - Proficiency in using front desk software systems and phone systems At our hotel, we value our Front Desk Agents as they are the first point of contact for our guests.
