Job Overview:

Ability to work Saturday and Sunday is required in order to apply. This position is seasonal with the ability to become permanent.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking person who enjoys working outside and paying attention to detail. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our grounds and exterior of the building. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

Duties:

- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from outdoor areas
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
-Maintain pool and spa
- Maintain walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor surfaces
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks

Requirements:

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
