Overview:
FGF Sourcing is looking for a Floor Lead to join our team at our Levittown, PA location. As a Floor Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and maintaining a high level of productivity and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Deliveries and Shipments: Supervise the receiving and outbound processes, ensuring accurate and timely shipments and deliveries.
- Supervising Daily Activities: Lead the team in executing daily tasks, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are followed by the team to maintain a safe working environment.
- Manpower Coordination: Collaborate with the Supervisor to allocate manpower effectively and efficiently.
- Forklift Operator Monitoring: Monitor the performance of Forklift Operators and provide guidance as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and plan accordingly.
- Forklift Certification is required. • 2 years of relevant experience.
- Steel Toe Boots are required.
Benefits and Compensation:
- $37,000 - $41,600 per year (based on experience) or $18 - $20 per hour
- Benefits package, including health insurance, dental, vision and paid time off.
