Skills :

  • Experience safely operating excavators and backhoes to dig around existing underground utilities, cut and fill to grade, excavate, backfill to the desired compaction, and install septic systems.
  • Be able to accurately read and execute as-built plans or drawings.
  • Must have a strong work ethic, safety-first attitude, and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to accurately calculate grades and layout excavations including efficient and accurate staking.
  • Can perform routine labor operations as needed or required.
  • Ability to perform a thorough daily equipment inspection.

License / Certification :

Driver's License (Required).
