Job Duties:

• Mount and dismount all types of tires
• Inflation of tires to prescribed PSI
• Determine repairable tire conditions and make such repairs
• Help maintain tire inventory
• Complete appropriate customer paperwork
• Report any tire supplies or tools needed to supervisor
• Clean and maintain service area
• Maintain service vehicle including appearance as well as on board service equipment
• Serve as a liaison between customers and Best One Tire of Lima locations and/or commercial sales team when needed
• Be courteous to customers at all times
• Follow all Best One Tire of Lima procedures and safety policies
• Duties may be performed at Best One Tire location, at a customer’s location, or offsite on the side of the road

Job Requirements:

• TIA Certification (Preferred but not required)
• Operate a service truck that is designed to fix and change tires on the road
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Experience with tire installation preferred
• Excellent customer service attitude and skill
• Possess a strong commitment to safety
• Must possess a valid driver license and a good driving record and be insurable
• Ability to perform job functions that require lifting 50-100 lbs as well as functions that may require pulling, pushing, bending, and reaching
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Must be able to stand and work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must be able to tolerate fluctuations in temperature and humidity
• Must be able to pass a background check
