Overview: We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person - Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing - Assist with order entry and data entry tasks - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed - Coordinate projects and assist with project coordination tasks - Transcribe documents and maintain accurate records - Assist with office management tasks, including inventory management and supply ordering Requirements: - Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role is preferred - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Google Suite and other office software - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage high call volumes - Professional appearance and demeanor at all times - Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
