Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

- Fireplace knowledge is preferred (wood, gas, electric etc.)

- Sales experience
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to conduct product demos and explain technical features clearly
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer calls
