**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee operations in a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, custodial services, and leadership.

As the Part-Time General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our cleaning company. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including hiring, training, and management of cleaning staff for both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and train cleaning staff for residential and commercial cleaning projects.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure cleaning staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality service.
  • Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to staff, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to cleaning staff to promote professional development and improve performance.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and supply ordering.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to staffing, operations, and client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a managerial role within the cleaning industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Schedule:

  • Part-time position with flexible hours.
  • Occasional evenings and weekends may be required to accommodate client schedules.
