```Duties``` - Conduct inspections of products or materials to ensure quality standards are met - Follow inspection procedures and guidelines to accurately assess product conformity - Use various tools and equipment to perform inspections, such as calipers, gauges, and measuring devices - Record and document inspection results and maintain accurate records - Identify and report any non-conforming products or materials - Collaborate with team members to address quality issues and implement corrective actions ```Requirements``` - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Attention to detail and strong observational skills - Ability to follow instructions and adhere to quality standards - Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping - Good communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Skills: - Business development: Understanding of business growth strategies and ability to identify potential opportunities for sales. - Outside sales: Experience in selling products or services outside of a traditional office setting. - Technology sales: Knowledge of selling technology products or services. - Negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers or suppliers. - Sales skills: Strong ability to persuade, influence, and close sales deals. - Technical sales: Familiarity with selling technical products or services. - Analytical skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings. - Bilingual (Spanish): Proficiency in Spanish language for effective communication with Spanish-speaking customers. - Salesforce: Experience using Salesforce CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales activities.
