As a Telehealth Medical Assistant (MA) you will work closely with our clinical team and clients to provide virtual / remote support for patients.

Our clients - large US health systems and global pharma organizations - rely on Current Health to provide video and telephone support when their patients are experiencing a technical or clinical problem.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy Health / Current Health location.

Schedule : Your assigned schedule may include 12 and 8 hour shifts between 7 : 00pm - 7 : 00am EST and some weekends and holidays. What you’ll do

• Provide prompt, professional, and friendly front-line support for technical and non-urgent clinical issues
• Reliably identify clinical concerns within your scope and escalate to a licensed clinician
• Perform data entry
• Schedule video and phone calls
• Work collaboratively and flexibly with the Current Health team, both our clinical team and our broader organization Basic qualifications
• AAMA or CCMA Certification OR prior Military Medic / Corpsman experience required
• Minimum 2 years experience in a fast paced, critical care environment required Preferred qualifications
• Experience working with Epic and / or Cerner preferred
• Experience with Google Workspace (Google Suite) and Microsoft Office preferred
• Experience working for a medical device, health IT, or digital health company preferred
• Experience providing customer support via telephone and video preferred
