Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team to assist in two main functions of customer service and packaging. In this role, you will be responsible for shipping and handling auto glass products, assisting customers in the store and virtually.

This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls to assist customers with part lookup and provide pricing information.
• Handle customer invoicing efficiently and accurately.
• Retrieve auto glass from the warehouse as needed to fulfill orders.
• Pack auto glass parts according to specific instructions to fulfill packaging orders.
• Measure, weigh, and count auto glass parts to ensure packaging quality standards are met.
• Examine and inspect materials and products to ensure compliance with packaging specifications.
• Perform any other related tasks or duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the warehouse and customer service functions

Qualifications:

• Must be flexible in job roles to meet business needs, including assisting in other areas of the operation as required.
• Knowledge of basic computer usage
• Must be able to read and write in basic English
• Work cooperatively and communicate effectively with co-workers, leaders and supervisor
• Previous experience in warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
