KEM Engineers, Inc. / Bessolo Design Group, Inc. is a full-service Engineering/Architectural/Interior Design company
based in St. Petersburg, FL. We are seeking an experienced full-time Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC Designer to work on
large-scale Senior Living, Healthcare, and Multifamily projects, both new construction and renovations. Responsibilities
include providing support for the Engineer in management of assigned projects, assuring the total quality of all the
engineering efforts of the project in meeting the client’s expectations within the project budget and schedule. Position
will entail significant CADD and Revit production according to Bessolo’s design standards, practices, and policies.

Candidate will assist in calculations, design, and CAD drafting for all phases of design and for various project types
including emphasis on our core market sectors: Senior Living, Healthcare, and Multifamily.
Candidate will be responsible for these main areas: Duties will include, but not limited to:
Duties

• Prepare plans for new or modified systems
• Responsible for using CAD and Revit software for layout diagrams, schematics, and construction documents

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience in:

• 3-5 years of experience and must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Individual experience in Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC design with demonstrated success
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the engineering/architectural field
• Ability to learn and perform standard computer techniques, Revit and AutoCAD, functions in accordance with

Software Knowledge

• Autodesk – AutoCAD 2022
• Autodesk Revit 2020
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)

Education Requirements

• Degree in Architecture/Drafting/Design/Engineering technology or equivalent job-related experience
