A FULL SERVICE ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING, & INTERIOR DESIGN FIRM LOCATED IN ST. PETERSBURG,
FLORIDA
Bessolo Design Group, Inc., is expanding and seeking a well-rounded and experienced Licensed Interior Designer to join
our team. We are seeking a self-motivated Interior Designer for various building and design types with a special focus
on Senior Living, Healthcare, and Multifamily.
The candidate will be responsible for these main areas: Duties will include, but are not limited to:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to develop and manage multiple design concepts, interpret specifications and layouts, produce contract
- Ability to design and present interior elevations, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, and custom cabinetry
- Development and preparation of presentation drawings, and construction documents using REVIT, AutoCAD,
- Must be familiar with interior design principles, building code requirements, contract preparation, and
- Working knowledge of appropriate finishes, materials, accessories, procurement practices, and budgets for
- Proficient in developing multiple design themes, overseeing all finish and material selections including fabrics,
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, with the ability to demonstrate
- Perform reviews and conduct technical research
- Ability to be proactive in determining the necessary steps to meet objectives and performance expectations of
the position
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 10 years of experience including healthcare, senior living facilities, multifamily, hospitality, hi-rise, and mixed-
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (Preference given to Revit Experience).

- Positive outlook, demeanor, and a team player with strong mentoring and leadership skills
Education/Licensure Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active Interior Design License
