Job Summary 

BMA is looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join our team in Overland Park, KS.

Required Skills & Certifications 

• Must be able to speak English.

• 7 years of recent experience in providing quality assurance testing efforts for highly complex IT software replacement

• Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to understand the system requirements, design, and impact of any/all system modifications

• Advanced proficiency in test planning, including defining test strategy, goals, and objectives

• Expert knowledge of both manual and automated testing methodologies and developed testing approach based on analysis of system documentation and requirements.

• Advanced proficiency in identifying testing resource needs and assigning test activities according to required skill level, availability, and capacity.

• Proven ability to prioritize test cases and schedule testing activities

• Proven ability to create test cases and test data for manual and automated testing.

• Advanced proficiency in designing reusable automated test scripts

• Proven ability to carry out regression testing and manage the defect management process.

• Proven ability to design testing scenarios for usability testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Advanced proficiency in facilitating usability testing with business and analysis, and reporting results and findings to the Development team

• Proven ability to interact with project stakeholders at all levels whenever required.

• Proven ability to oversee all testing activities carried out by the team.

• Proven ability to ensure continuous test process improvement using defined test metrics.

• Proven ability to develop and maintain a test traceability matrix.

• Proven ability to prepare status reports of testing activities and update stakeholders regularly.

• Strong experience in Azure DevOps (ADO) test management tool

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting at all levels
