Monitor and manage patient flow, bed assignment, and staffing levels to maximize efficiency and meet patient care demands.9. Act as a liaison between nursing staff, patients, families, and other healthcare departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.10. Provide support and assistance during emergencies, crises, or complex patient situations as needed.11. Uphold high ethical standards and professional conduct, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and collaboration.12. Stay updated with advancements in nursing practices, technologies, and evidence-based research, implementing best practices as appropriate.13. Mentor and support new nursing staff, assisting with orientation and onboarding processes.Qualifications and Skills:1. Valid RN license issued by the state regulatory board.2. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.3. Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervisory or leadership role.4. Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in various aspects of nursing care.5. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting.7. Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.8.
