"Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse - Socorro, New MexicoBerwick Health is seeking an experienced and flexible Home Health RN to join our team in Socorro, NM. As a Home Health RN, you will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in their homes. This is a contract position, and the ideal candidate must have an active NM or compact license, at least 2 years of experience in the specialty, and have completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.Qualifications:Active NM or compact licenseBLS certification completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red CrossAt least 2 years of experience in the specialtySuccessful completion of at least one 13-week travel assignmentAbility to work independently and as a part of a teamFamiliarity with EPIC EMR preferredThis position requires traveling within a 75-mile radius (straight line rule) and may involve one 8-hour on-call shift every 6 weeks. The shifts are 8 hours or more, and may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Weekday and rotate weekends and holidays may be required.
