Bertram Communications LLC seeks a qualified candidate to join our growing team as a full-time Installation Technician. The ideal candidate will be crucial in installing and upgrading equipment, running lines, aligning radios, and general equipment maintenance. Most installations take place on top of a roof, so roofing experience is a plus. We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual with a passion for technology and a desire to impact the Internet industry positively. Responsibilities:

·Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches

· Install new dishes and radios on roofs, silos, and other vertical assets

· Diagnose and communicate issues with tower maintenance or equipment malfunction

· Work with Network Operations Center to deploy new sites

· Learn basic networking

· Operate Company vehicle in a safe manner and use automation systems

· Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks

· Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and overall team success

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Ability to read and speak English, comprehend an carry out instructions given verbally and in writing

· Fiber Background

· Basic computer skills (Internet searches, Word, Excel)

· Proven field service experience

· Work well in a team environment

· Experience with construction or engineering a plus

· Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment

· Position requires working outdoors in all types of weather

· Installation Technicians dispatch from Bailey's Harbor
