WHAT DOES A CLIENT SUCCESS AGENT DO?

In this role, you provide exceptional support and assistance to our clients and team members. Every day, you speak with customers, field technicians, vendors, and other personnel to ensure smooth and seamless service. You speak with clients over the phone and through email, identifying their needs, scheduling appointments, and updating their information. Highly organized, you dispatch technicians, provide appointment reminders, and complete various administrative tasks. You uphold an upbeat attitude and quickly address any issues, ensuring we can successfully serve our clients!

• Computer proficiency and ability to communicate over the phone
• Geographical knowledge of our service area or ability to read maps
• Ability to work extended hours, nights, or weekends as needed
