Job Summary:

As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients through their recovery process. You will assist with daily activities, monitor client behavior, and contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and report on the behavior and condition of clients, ensuring safety and compliance with program rules.

- Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients in their treatment activities.

- Facilitate and supervise daily activities, including group sessions and recreational activities.

- Assist clinical staff with the implementation of individual treatment plans.

- Perform crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

- Uphold the facility’s Christian values in all interactions and care provided.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred.

- Previous experience in behavioral health, SUD treatment, or a similar setting is an asset.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to maintain professionalism and ethical boundaries.

- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

- Alignment with Christian values and principles.

Compensation:

- Hourly rate: $13-$15 per hour
