We are looking for a reliable, organized professional to join our dynamic law firm. This person would be a key member of our team, providing an exceptional first impression to our clients. The position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, who can also multitask between greeting clients and redirecting phone calls. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills. This position is a set schedule that is free of weekend and evening hours. We offer great benefits, as well as paid time off (“PTO”) which accrues each pay period. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
