We are seeking a full-time website manager to oversee and promote WordPress sites primarily in the U.S. legal sector. The role involves direct supervision by the Marketing Director and demands an innovative approach to website management, integrating traditional SEO practices with emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress, SEO, and a keen interest in leveraging AI for digital marketing excellence. This position offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of integrating AI into website optimization and content management in the legal field.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage existing WordPress sites, including updates, settings management, and issue
• Establish new WordPress sites with full system setup, theme installation, plugin settings, etc.
• Optimize websites focusing on loading speeds, image tuning, keyword page optimization (titles, headings, meta descriptions, alt text, etc.)
• Analyze website activities and progress using SEO research tools 
• Develop plans to increase indexed keywords for target sites
• Create/order content and manage site content structures (Silo)
• Build/order backlinks for target sites
• Manage and track external links and oversee outreach
• Produce regular summary reports for marketing department
• Integrate and manage AI tools for automated content generation, SEO optimization, and predictive analytics
• Use AI-driven analytics to enhance user experience and engagement on the website
• Stay updated with the latest AI advancements relevant to website development and SEO
• Collaborate with AI specialists to implement innovative solutions for web optimization

Required Skills/Abilities

• In-depth understanding of internet and search engine optimization best practices
• Profound knowledge of WordPress, including advanced understanding of its anatomy (pages, posts, text formats, custom fields, metadata, user management, etc.)
• Experience with various premium themes, page builders, templates, advanced form plugins, dynamic content plugins, user management plugins, post management plugins, multilingual plugins, etc.
• Practical experience with organic SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Experience with keyword and competitor analysis tools - Mandatory
• Experience with Google Search Console - Mandatory
• Additional languages: Spanish - an advantage
• Familiarity with the legal profession in the U.S. - an advantage
• Understanding of AI and machine learning principles as they apply to website optimization and content management
• Experience or strong interest in AI-driven SEO tools and analytics
• Ability to integrate and manage AI tools for content creation, user experience enhancement, and data analysis
• Willingness to continually learn and adapt to emerging AI technologies and digital marketing trends
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights

Experience and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven practical experience as a website builder/SEO manager - Mandatory
