• Accurately read and interpret product drawings to determine specification and measurement locations.• Program metrology equipment for molds during production and/or mold qualification for both Analytical Services and manufacturing sites. • Provide programming technical support and troubleshoot programs of metrology equipment for Analytical services and manufacturing sites.• Travel to and assist manufacturing sites, as necessary in areas of programming or equipment support.• Train laboratory personnel, both in Analytical Services and manufacturing sites, in programming and proper measurement techniques.• Perform Measurement System Analysis, including Gage R&R and Correlation Studies.• Provide support to CPNA Analytical Services Quality Engineers.• Conduct all job duties in accordance with the company’s published policies.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent quality experience required.
