Responsibilities:

• Engage with new leads and clients, addressing their current and prospective work requirements.
• Efficiently manage an existing client portfolio, aiming for enduring and loyal partnerships.
• Conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to assess needs and propose enhancements.
• Cultivate new relationships through client referrals and networking endeavors.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts to drive revenue and account expansion.
• Generate estimates and contracts tailored to individual client needs.
• Effectively communicate project scopes to the Landscape Manager and teams.
• Conduct site visits to ensure work quality and client satisfaction.
• Achieve sales quotas and ensure job profitability meets overall gross margin objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the green industry.
• At least 2 years' experience in sales and account management roles.
• Proficiency in snow and ice management practices.
• Understanding of proper horticulture practices and basic knowledge of plant pests.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally and positively with team members, clients, and prospective clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite; adeptness in learning new software.
• Experience with CRM landscape software is advantageous.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possession of a current driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
