ABOUT A WEEKEND COORDINATOR: “Typical day” “What you’re getting into”

The Weekend Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties associated with maintaining a warehouse, such as receiving, stocking, distributing, and the inventorying of products. The Weekend Coordinator receives and unloads Direct to Trade trucks on occasion, as well as, handles a variety of general warehouse activities. The Weekend Coordinator must maintain warehouse safety, accuracy, and efficient handling of all products in the warehouse. The Warehouse Team is required to drive and operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment. This Team Member must have a clean driving record, as they may need to deliver special orders that are called in while on duty.
Strong candidates:

• Perform a variety of warehouse tasks and activities in a timely manner
• Work well independently, under limited supervision
• Effectively communicate with Team Members and customers
• Forklift certified or willingness to get certified

YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT MATCH IF YOU:

• Have 2-5 years in Warehouse Operations experience
• Have a background in material handling, receiving, inventory, and controls
• Have a valid Driver’s License; driving record which meets Bernick’s standards
• Can safely operate warehouse equipment, such as walkie riders, pallet jacks, and forklifts

HOURS: Part-time (20 hours per week)

• Saturday and Sunday
• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Every weekend (flexible scheduling)
