The Percal Zarco Group led by Esther Percal and Jason Zarco is a highly established and top real estate team in Miami Beach. We are based out of the Mid-Beach office and are searching for an EXPERIENCED, full-time Administrative Assistant.
Some of the tasks include:
Managing Phone Calls and E-mails
Preparation of Listing Presentations
Preparing Market Analysis Documents
Contract Knowledge and Preparation
Managing Calendars, Appointments, Scheduling Showings
File Organization, Database Management, Client & CRM Management
Maintaining Office Supplies and Inventory
Marketing: Brochures, E-Flyers, Press Material
Website Management, and some Social Media knowledge
Knowledge of the latest MLS Database, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook, R.E. Software, and some knowledge in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred.
Must have a postivie & upbeat attitude, sense of urgency, attention to detail, be very organized and have the ability to multi-task and continuously re-prioritize assignments!
Licensed Realtors are preferred, but are open to you obtaining your license if you do not currently have it.
Although hours in the office are relatively standard, we are not a 9 to 5 type business. Our sales team works at all hours and days, so our admin will need to have flexibility in terms of answering calls on the weekends and potentially writing offers, etc. if necessary.
***A bonus structure will be incorporated above the salary.
