Berkshire County Kids' Place & Violence Prevention Center, Inc. is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Pittsfield, MA

Berkshire County Kids' Place & Violence Prevention Center, Inc. is an accredited children's advocacy center servicing children and families who have been affected by abuse and domestic violence.

Responsibilities:

Schedule- Monday - Thursday 12pm to 6pm

-Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, make reminder appointment calls, and assist with client inquiries
- Assist Administrative Coordinator with front-office tasks
- Provide general clerical support to the office staff
- Utilize Google Suite applications for various tasks

- Other tasks as assigned by Administrative Coordinator

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in social services
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using computer software, including Google Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
