Pay range : $15.00 - $20.50

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

Location : Pittsfield, MA - 99 North St

32 hours per pay period - 12 hrs 1st week / 20 hrs 2nd week

Purpose / Objective :

Delivers Bank mail and supplies to multiple branches and departments to ensure timely and accurate distribution.

Key Accountabilities :

• Operates bank vehicle to pick up / deliver mail, various supplies and other bank materials to branches and other lines of business. 90%
• Performs monthly vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in maintained properly. 5%
• Responsible for routine maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle, scheduling service and repairs as needed. 5%
• Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies / practices / procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one’s duties.

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent

Skills & Knowledge :

• Detail oriented
• Organizational skills
• Flexibility
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Able to lift mail trays 25 lbs.
• Able to push / pull heavy loads on a dolly
