Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Licensed Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and promotions
- Seek out prospective clients as well as process new applications and process existing client endorsements.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Process new claims and follow up on existing claims
- Process payments and follow-up on pending cancellations
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Fluent in English)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
