The Center for Academic Success at Berkeley College seeks a qualified professional tutor to provide supplemental academic support to graduate students in courses requiring quantitative skills in the MBA in Management Program at the Woodland Park, NYC Midtown, and Online campuses. Under the supervision of the CAS Director, the tutor will assist students in synchronous online video sessions

To be considered for the position, applicants must possess:

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, Finance, Quantitative Methods and/or Economics
• Prior experience in a college learning or tutoring

Additional qualifications include:

• Personal qualities conducive to one-on-one support in accounting, statistics, finance, quantitative methods and/or economics
• Comfort working with a population of diverse learners, including academically underprepared students, non-native speakers of English, and military veterans
• Ability to work online and onsite
• Flexible with weekly hours/schedule required
• Effectively manage time
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of records and information
