A campus visit coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for students interested in our course offerings to understand their interest and ensure they are pointed in the right direction. Responding rapidly to all student inquiries and providing customer service to both current and prospective students.
This position is 100% remote- candidates who reside in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida, now and during the course of employment with Berkeley College
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arrange campus visits for prospective students.
Ensure compliance, customer service, and product knowledge.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma, required
Some College preferred
EXPERIENCE and TRAINING:
Customer service/call center experience preferred
Outbound/Inbound phone experience preferred
College admissions experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Salesforce
Command on Microsoft Office and outlook email/internet
Compensation: $16-$18 hourly - No Commission
