Job Summary:
As an Automotive Sales Manager at Berglund CJDR, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sales department, driving sales performance, and leading a team of motivated sales professionals. Your primary objective is to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, and coaching to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build rapport and relationships with customers to enhance customer experience and business growth.
- Set sales goals, objectives, and targets for the sales team and monitor their progress.
- Assist in closing deals.
- Utilize CRM for tracking and following up on all sales leads.
- Manage showroom, online, and phone traffic.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an automotive sales manager.

- High level of customer service and problem-solving skills.
