Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building connections with customers. Join the team that has serviced the Metairie area for over 57 years!

Duties:

- Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service

- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients

- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products/services

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis to earn bonuses

Skills:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive sales

- Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Excellent phone, internet lead, and in person verbal communication skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities

- Strong market knowledge and understanding of customer needs

- Business development mindset with a focus on achieving results

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations

Pay: $42,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
