To manage the daily operations pertaining to the NJCAA Women’s Soccer Team. The head coach will report to, and work with, the Managing Director of Athletics to further the institutional goals of the college. The individual must demonstrate the ability to lead a program with longstanding tradition of excellence in both athletics and academics with integrity and energy.
POSITION SUMMARY
POSITION’S WORK SCHEDULE
Flexible part-time schedule; arranged around coaching student athletes, recruiting, scheduled team practice and competition times, travel, and staff meetings. Must attend all national, regional and conference meetings that pertain to the sport of Women’s Soccer.
WORK EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM REQUIRED - Coaching or teaching experience, at least one-year Competitive Women’s Soccer experience
PREFERRED - Three years of experience coaching at the high school and/or college level. Experience in recruiting student-athletes is required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, and ATTITUDES: MINIMUM REQUIRED -
Education: Associates is required, Bachelor’s preferred.
Compensation: Annual stipend within the range of $6,000-$9,000
