Berchtold Equipment Company has been a leader in the Agricultural and Construction Equipment Industry for over 113 years. We are currently seeking an ambitious and energetic individual to add to our Delano, CA Service team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service in Service Office and over the phone
• Open all customer and warranty work orders.
• Prepare estimates and track costs while work is in process.
• Review of customer invoices.
• Work with technicians and customers on service call repairs.
• Manage warranty campaigns and recalls.
• Work directly with Service Manager on various Service Department projects

Qualifications

• Agricultural or Construction Equipment Repair Experience
• Technical or mechanical knowledge/experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Administrative Skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to Multi-task
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check are required.

Other Preferred (Not Required) Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin., Marketing or Sales
• Knowledge of the Agricultural or Construction Markets
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
