BEPC has an open position for a Lead Engineering Technician
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Rate: $40.00 - $45.00 Hour DOE
Shift: Mon – Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Term: 6-month contract with possible extensions or permanency (Based on Performance)

Job Description:
Provide laboratory support for the Flight Controls Compact Fly-by-Wire engineering team. Your work will include support for lab support, testing, data analysis, and the accurate reporting of data. You will support the team to conceptualize, design, plan, and implement innovative technologies that enable new and competitive products.
Subcontract Flight Controls Hardware Technician Key Responsibilities:
- to test electronic hardware to ensure functional performance.
- to solder/modify fine-pitch components under a microscope.
- Analog and digital circuits
- cable fabrication.
- EMI testing.
- assembly, rework, and test
- troubleshooting down to the component level.
- testing per Engineering direction.
- Office (Email, Word, Excel) proficient
- collaboration and interpersonal skills
- to work independently.
YOU MUST HAVE:
• 5 years of experience as an Engineering Technician or an EET Degree or equivalent.
