The Assistant Manager is the backbone of our company. We are looking for the perfect candidate to train with our team and grow to become an Assistant Store Manager. It is imperative that we create an inviting, clean atmosphere that attracts the customer through the door. You must be able to engage with the customer, understand their needs, relate our services to meet their needs, and exceed customer expectations. We strive to be the best in the industry and we want to fill our team with enthusiastic, entrepreneurial individuals. This position is for 40 hours a week.

Qualifications:

• Retail sales experience in a competitive environment with a customer oriented role.
• Knowledge of sales reporting, KPI analysis, and bench-marking skills.
• Pro-active mindset, can-do attitude, self-starter, outgoing, passionate.
• Ability to perform light to moderate physical activity: including facility maintenance, cleaning, and lifting up to 40lbs unassisted.
• Some college education is preferred

• At least one year in sales/customer service role.

• Valid Driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Responsibilities:

• Work with team members to maximize sales goals and assist customers via the phone, web, or in person at your facility.
• Assist in Creating sales reports, analyze KPI's, implement sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain a results driven sales environment.
• Develop exceptional customer service.
• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Assist team and work with customers to define their needs, provide solutions that will add value to the customers experience with our company.
• Sell/upsell retail items, moving services, storage units, and rental vehicles.
• Spend time outside on the facility grounds managing the upkeep, curb appeal, and cleanliness to the highest standards.
• Perform without constant oversight.
• Thrive in a team atmosphere.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Benton, AR 72015: Relocate before starting work (Required)
