We are seeking an experienced and organized Bookkeeper/Office Manager to work for an established law firm in Coral Springs. Our primary practice is real estate, construction, general civil litigation, banking, corporate, estate planning, probate, and condominium law. The person hired to fill this position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office. This will include daily posting and oversight of the firm's financial transactions including receipts, invoicing, accounts payable, payroll, and month-end financial reports. This person will also manage staff according to firm manual procedures and interface with outside IT specialists on special projects, monitor the website and assist in obtaining and onboarding new hires.
Salary: Between $85,000-$100,000 commensurate with experience.

Education:
-College degree with accounting major preferred.
-Prior experience as an Office Manager, Supervisor or Administrator in a law firm.
Skill/Experience Requirements:
-Two or more years of Quick Book Online experience. Pro advisor preferred.
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook).
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
-Knowledge of Practice Panther or NetDocs helpful.
Job Type: Full time, Monday-Friday, non-exempt.
Expected hours: 40 hours per week.
