You are passionate, driven, and ready to work hard and have fun. Position Summary:The Gameday Customer Service Representative will provide elevated customer service to both New Orleans Saints and Pelicans season ticket holders and fans through a variety of gameday responsibilities and interactions. This role is part-time, seasonal and must be willing to work all New Orleans Saints and Pelicans home games. This position is based at the Caesars Superdome and the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, LA. What you will be doing:Game Day and EventsAssist with execution and distribution of Pelicans and Saints promotional giveaways at main stadium entrances on gamedaysAssist group sales department with execution of Pelicans and Saints group giveaways on gamedays Engage with season ticket holders and fans to provide an elevated customer experience Provide customer service to fans at our ticket box offices at both stadiumsAssist with set-up and take down of sales and service ticket areasAssist with pre-game and post-game on and off court season ticket holder assets and events at games such as happy hours, chalk talks, VIP warmups, and post-game group photos Assist as needed with other departments gameday needs Embrace the values of: work ethic, positivity, coachability, cultural leadership, passion for service, passion for craft, and passion for sports business What you’ll bring: Must be willing to work all 42 Pelicans home games and 10 Saints home games, including any additional home post-season games for either teamMust have a strong teamwork mentality and truly enjoy helping others be successful Exceptional customer service skills Must be self-motivated, organized and be able to solve problems in real-timeMust be comfortable in a faced paced environment and respond well to changes in directionMust be a positive, friendly personality with patience to handle many customer interactions on gamenights Must be able to stand for at least 5 hours per gamedayFlexibility to work various hours including nights, holidays, and weekendsMust be able to lift and move around items that can weigh up to 25 pounds
