Description

Water Park Concessions Manager is responsiblefor the training and evaluation of staff, stocking supplies, preparing food items, completing monetary transactions, and ensuring a safe and clean concessions environment.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Staffing of the Bensenville Water Park concessions stand including scheduling and training.
• Inventory and ordering of concession stand supplies and materials.
• Maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness in food preparation, equipment and facility
• Prepare and display concessions food.
• Responsible for operating and cleaning food preparation equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness of concessions building and outside grounds.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the Head Manager & Facility Manager.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Certification in Healthcare Provider CPR/AED and First Aid, offered by the Bensenville Park District.
• Certified food handler or ability to obtain before start of season.
