• Technology Utilization:Showcase proficiency in logistics software like TMW, Peoplenet, PCMiler, and reporting tools for informed decision-making.
• Issue Resolution:Tackle customer inquiries, service exceptions, and devise customer-centric solutions.
• Safety Advocacy:Disseminate safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and C-TPAT best practices to ensure a secure work environment.
• Target Achievement:Develop strategies to surpass KPIs related to asset utilization, on-time service, cost control, and operational efficiency.
